Conejo Valley YMCA Spring Break Camp for Moorpark & Conejo Valley Students
The Conejo Valley YMCA will host a spring break camp from March 30 to April 3 for Moorpark students.

The Conejo Valley YMCA will host a spring break camp from March 30 to April 3 for Moorpark students and April 6 to April 10 for Conejo Valley students. The camps are scheduled to coincide with the springs breaks of the Moorpark and Thousand Oaks school districts. Camp is available to students in kindergarten through fifth grade.
For students in the Moorpark Unified School District, camp is at the YMCA’s childcare site at Peach Hill Academy (13400 Christian Barrett Rd., Moorpark). Days will be filled with trips to Peach Hill Park, outdoor sports and games and indoor arts and crafts.
For students attending school in the Conejo Valley Unified School District, the camp day will be held at the Conejo Y (4031 N. Moorpark Rd., Thousand Oaks). Campers will swim each day, play team sports, try their hand at archery, go on hikes and do arts and crafts.

Each day of camp will feature a different theme. “Kids will definitely be busy,” says Leona Sandoval, the Y’s childcare and day camp coordinator. “There will be lots of physical activity as well as time for creativity and learning.”
Extended camp hours are 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. YMCA licensed daycare providers run the camps. The cost per camper for the full week is $185 (four or five days) and $111 for part time (two or three days). An additional $40 membership fee is required for non-YMCA program members.
