Moorpark's 5 Things to Know Today: April 18

Welcome to "5 Things to Know Today," a daily Patch feature that provides five quick tidbits of information in one spot. Here they are:

1. Moorpark City Council meets at 7 p.m. tonight at City Hall, 799 Moorpark Ave.
2. The Moorpark High School music department is hosting a spaghetti dinner from 6:30 to 8 p.m. tonight. There will be live entertainment by the school's student musicians and color guard. Dinner is $12 per person. See more spaghetti dinner details here.
3. It's Boys and Girls Club Week and the will be joining other clubs to attempt to set the Guiness world record for the most participants in a game of tag Friday. On Saturday, the club will have a community Health and Safety Awareness Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its main site at 200 Casey Road.
4. The National Weather Service is predicting a high near 75 degrees and a low near 53 degrees.
5. Moorpark's lowest price per gallon for regular gas is $4.21, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the Union 76 station at 13800 Princeton Ave.
