Moorpark's 5 Things to Know Today: April 18
Here are five facts to start your Wednesday.

Welcome to "5 Things to Know Today," a daily Patch feature that provides five quick tidbits of information in one spot. Here they are:
- Moorpark City Council meets at 7 p.m. tonight at City Hall, 799 Moorpark Ave.
- The Moorpark High School music department is hosting a spaghetti dinner from 6:30 to 8 p.m. tonight. There will be live entertainment by the school's student musicians and color guard. Dinner is $12 per person. See more spaghetti dinner details here.
- It's Boys and Girls Club Week and the will be joining other clubs to attempt to set the Guiness world record for the most participants in a game of tag Friday. On Saturday, the club will have a community Health and Safety Awareness Expo from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at its main site at 200 Casey Road.
- The National Weather Service is predicting a high near 75 degrees and aĀ low near 53 degrees.
- Moorpark's lowest price per gallon for regular gas is $4.21, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the Union 76 station at 13800 Princeton Ave.
