Moorpark's 5 Things to Know Today: June 6

On this wonderful Wednesday, we have a City Council meeting tonight, family story time and a new teen librarian.

1. The meeting is today at 7 p.m. The meeting is open to the public and is held at the Moorpark Community Center at 799 Moorpark Ave.
2. Head to the for Family Storytime and Crafts starting at 10:30 a.m. Listen to stories, learn songs and make some crafts!
3. Do you know that the library has a new teen librarian? Moorpark Patch met Gina Hernandez for the first time last week. Stay tuned for our story on her.
4. The National Weather Service is predicting sunny skies with a high near 89 degrees and a low around 51 degrees.
5. Moorpark's lowest price per gallon for regular gas is $4.13, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the Union 76 station at 13800 Princeton Ave.
