Moorpark's 5 Things to Know Today: May 16

Here are five things happening in and around Moorpark today.

1. "Viva Las Vegas" will come to ’s Performing Arts Center for one night only! Come and  enjoy the flash and shining stars of the Vegas strip at 7 p.m. Tickets will be available at the door.
2. Head to the for Family Storytime and Crafts starting at 10:30 a.m. Listen to stories, learn songs and make some crafts!
3. Also at the , the Knit and Crochet Club will meet at 5:30 p.m. Learn how to make your own wearable knits from the experts of the Moorpark Active Adult Center’s Knitting Club. No experience necessary and supplies will be provided.
4. The National Weather Service is predicting sunny weather with a high near 78 degrees and a low around 52 degrees.
5. Moorpark's lowest price per gallon for regular gas is $4.35, according to GasBuddy.com. Find it at the Union 76 station at 13800 Princeton Ave.
