If you're into anime or maybe just curious what cosplay is all about, you might want to check out the Arroyo Vista Recreation Center's Anime Night.
The event, which is set for April 13, will include anime film viewing, karaoke, a cosplay fashion constest and an anime drawing constest. Prizes will incluse anime design software Anime Studio Debut 8 and Magna Studio Debut 4. Also, participants will have the opportunity to have their anime artwork displayed at the Moorpark Arts Festival on April 28.
The event, which begins at 7 p.m., is open to all middle and high school aged teens and admission is $3 at the door. For more information, call the recreation center at 805-517-6300.
