Looking to get out and about this weekend? Here are some ideas for fun.

SATURDAY
Avenue Q: The Actors' Repertory Theatre of Simi presents Avenue Q, where puppets perform alongside humans in this coming-of-age story that addresses life after college. Shows are at 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at the Simi Valley Cultural Arts Center, 3050 Los Angeles Ave., Simi Valley. Tickets are $22 for adults and $18 for seniors and students.
Beethoven and Haydn Concert: The San Fernando Valley Symphony Orchestra will perform at 7:30 p.m. at the Thousand Oaks Civic Arts Plaza, 2100 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. Tickets are $29.

Bellydance Festival: The fourth annual Ojai Bellydance Festival, which will include music and dance, henna art, shopping and food takes place from noon to 6 p.m. and 8 to 10 p.m. Saturday at 441 E. Ojai Ave. General admission is $10 and seniors and children 12 and younger are $5.
Utopia Limited: The Ventura County Gillbert and Sullivan Repertoire Company presents Utopia Limited at 8 p.m. Saturday and 2 p.m. Sunday at the Hillcrest Center for the arts, 403 W. Hillcrest Drive. Tickets are $23 for adults and $17.50 for seniors, students and children.

SUNDAY
Latin Out of Bounds: Soprano Heidi Valencia Vas will explore traditional soprano repertoire and delve into mezzo-soprano and non-classical works as she presents a concert of Latin-inspired favorites at 2 p.m. at California Lutheran University's Samuelson Chapel, 60 W. Olsen Road. The concert is free; however, a good will collection will be taken.
