2 Stoned Teens Found At Arrested Mountain View Man's Home: Police

A man allegedly found with two teenagers using marijuana at a Mountain View home was arrested Monday morning, police said.

MOUNTAIN VIEW - A man allegedly found with two teenagers using marijuana at a Mountain View home was arrested Monday morning, police said.

Kenneth Hogle, 45, was arrested on suspicion of child endangerment, narcotics-related crimes and probation violation, police said.

Hogle was also arrested for alleged weapons possession because of tear gas found at the residence, according to police.

Officers carried out a probation search at the suspect's home in the 200 block of San Antonio Road around 9:30 a.m., police said.

Their investigation indicated Hogle allegedly had drugs inside the home, where they found two teens under the influence of marijuana, according to police.

Officers also uncovered 6 ounces of marijuana for sale, prescription medication for sale, methamphetamine, hypodermic needles with no caps, methamphetamine pipes and tear gas, police said.

All of the items were easily accessible to the teenagers, according to police.
