Man Arrested For Allegedly Exposing Himself Twice Along University Ave.
The 63 year old was previously arrested on similar charges.

A 63-year-old man suspected of exposing himself twice on Monday afternoon along University Avenue in Palo Alto was arrested, police said.
Scott Ford Bogart, a Palo Alto resident, was arrested on suspicion of two misdemeanor counts of lewd conduct and booked into county jail, police said. Around 2:20 p.m. Monday, police dispatch received a report of a man exposing himself and blocking traffic in the 500 block of High Street at University Avenue, police said.
A victim in a parked car on High Street saw the suspect, later identified as Bogart, unfasten his pants and expose himself to multiple drivers and pedestrians from the middle of the street, according to police. The victim then saw Bogart fasten his pants and take off on University Avenue, police said.

While officers were investigating the incident on High Street, police dispatch received a call from a bus driver who just saw a man blocking traffic and exposing himself on University Avenue and Emerson Street, about a block away from the first reported incident, according to police.
Soon after, the officers were able to locate Bogart in the 500 block of Emerson Street and connected him with the two alleged incidents, police said.

In separate incidents on Feb. 15 and Feb. 17, Bogart allegedly masturbated in the window of his apartment, according to police. Neighbors saw him in the act and notified police, who arrested him on suspicion of indecent exposure on Feb. 17, police said.
