Tishman Speyer Trades Mountain View Office Building for $121.5M (connectcre.com) — A fully leased Class A office building at 400 Castro Street in downtown Mountain View just sold for $121.5 million, signaling strong demand for local commercial space. Developed by Tishman Speyer and long occupied by law firm Fenwick & West, the property includes rooftop decks, underground parking, and on-site restaurants, anchoring a key block of Castro Street.
3. Express: Gamel Way developer cuts down affordable units (mv-voice.com) — Plans for a seven-story condominium project in Mountain View have shifted as the developer moves to cut the number of affordable units, a change that could affect local housing options.
