Suspect Rivera was ultimately arrested for burglary and transported to San Jose’s Main Jail.

A big thanks to the proactive community member whose residence was unfortunately burglarized.

By setting up a security camera at the recommendation of CSO McCoy, we were able to visually identify the suspect, which helped another one of our alert officers recognize and arrest the suspect.
