BREAKING: Did You Feel The Earthquake, Murrieta?

The United States Geological Survey this morning is reporting a 2.3 magnitude earthquake in Banning. The earthquake was reported at 9:37 a.m.

The exact location was centered:

1. 5km (3mi) N of Banning, California
2. 10km (6mi) NW of Cabazon, California
3. 11km (7mi) ENE of Beaumont, California
4. 17km (11mi) E of Calimesa, California
5. 18km (11mi) ESE of Yucaipa, California

There haven’t been any reports yet of injuries or damage due to the earthquake.

Last week, a 4.4 quake hit in the Banning Pass, waking residents.

On Aug. 24, 2014, a 6.1-magnitude earthquake in the Northern California killed one person, injured more than 200 others and caused millions of dollars in damage. A swarm of more than 540 quakes in San Ramon rattled nerves in the East Bay area over the summer.
