529 New Homes Coming To French Valley, Construction Begins In January
The development is part of the Belle Terre Specific Plan situated just east of Highway 79 in French Valley.
FRENCH VALLEY, CA — Construction on more than 500 new residences in French Valley is scheduled to begin in January, the developer announced this week.
Dubbed the Siena masterplan community from Arizona-based Taylor Morrison Home Corporation, the new neighborhood will feature 372 single-family detached homes and 157 attached residences on 88 acres.
The development is part of the nearly 350-acre Belle Terre Specific Plan that calls for approximately 1,300 residences once built out. The area is about a mile east of Highway 79 and is bordered by Washington Street to the west, Keller Road to the north, Fields Drive to the west, and Jean Nicholas to the southwest corner of the site. It was originally approved by the county in late 2014.

Prices for the new detached Siena homes will begin in the mid-$500s; floorplans will range from approximately 1,900 to 3,200 square feet, according to Taylor Morrison. The homes will be single- and two-story models with three to five bedrooms and two to three baths.
The homes will be available for purchase or reservation online and in person beginning Dec. 1, although the masterplan community will be built out over several years, according to Taylor Morrison.

With the growth of nearby Temecula and surrounding cities in recent years, Taylor Morrison sees opportunities in French Valley.
“The Temecula area has had incredible development as it provides space and access to outdoor activities and top-ranked schools, yet the prices are lower than in Orange and San Diego counties,” said Lisa Fjelstad, Southern California division president of Taylor Morrison Home Corporation. “Residents have also moved to Riverside County due to the ability, in the last two years, to work from home — removing barriers caused by long commutes.”
