Costco Announces August Opening For New Murrieta Warehouse Store
The new 151,000-square-foot warehouse with its eight-lane gas station is located at The Vineyard at Clinton Keith Road, near I-215.
MURRIETA, CA — A new Costco warehouse store under construction across the street from Vista Murrieta High School will open in August, according to the Washington-based big-box retailer.
The company did not make a formal announcement but rather updated its website to reflect the opening of the new 151,000-square-foot store and its eight-lane gas station at The Vineyard at Clinton Keith Road near Interstate 215.
The massive Vineyard center includes several businesses that have already opened; a third construction phase will bring more in 2023, according to WestMar Commercial Real Estate, which is handling leases.

No other Costco stores are slated to open in California for the remainder of the year, according to the retailer's website.
