Fire Breaks Out In Murrieta Commercial Building

Fire crews contained the fire within an hour, according to reports.

MURRIETA, CA — Smoke was seen billowing out of a Murrieta commercial business complex early Tuesday, but fire crews say they contained the blaze quickly. The fire was reported around 7 a.m. in the area of Elm Street and Jefferson Avenue, and both Murrieta police and fire units responded to the scene.

The blaze was contained to a unit within the complex by 7:50 a.m., fire officials reported.

Photos from the scene showed the complex appears to have been spared from significant damage.
