Light Rain Expected in Riverside County
How much rain will fall in Murrieta? We have your forecast.

Light rain in parts of Riverside County is expected to become heavier and more widespread today, with about three-quarters of an inch dropping in some areas.
Moisture from the remnants of former tropical Cyclone Linda will bring light to moderately strong showers in the mountains and valleys around Riverside through Wednesday afternoon, according to the National Weather Service. Only isolated showers are expected in the Coachella.

Forecasters predicted .43 inches of rain would fall in Hemet, along with .49 inches in Temecula, .55 inches in Lake Elsinore, .57 inches in Riverside and .75 inches in Anza by late Wednesday morning.
The storm will lead to slick roads and other travel hazards. Urban and small stream flooding could also be possible in areas that get heavy rain, forecasters said.
