Frasier, Imhoff help Napa freshman boys bounce Justin-Siena

City rivals collide in Natomas basketball tournament

SACRAMENTO -- Chad Frasier scored 12 points and Ryan Imhoff had 10 on Wednesday as Napa High's freshman boys basketball team trounced Justin-Siena, 54-35, in the first round of the Natomas Tournament.

Both teams return to action today in the four-day event.

Napa exploded to a gigantic early lead and was never headed.

Reed Oste had nine points for Napa and Jake Lustig 8.

Chris Lehenbauer and Zack Penn scored five points each for Justin-Siena. Penn added 10 rebounds. Carter Latno, Sam Hoff and Peter Hauscarriauge had four each for Justin.

"Napa came out aggressively and just played suffocating defense," said Justin-Siena assistant coach Trent Sillanpaa. "They completely overmatched and outplayed us in the first half. We're just happy we managed to play competitively in the second half. Napa's a fine, fine team."
