BAY AREA, CA – A week's wrap-up of the fires burning in the Bay Area and nearby. Plus, a look at a few of the smaller blazes and arson incidents in the region.

Oak Fire In Santa Clara County At 90% Containment

• Acreage burned totals 25 Acres, according to Cal Fire.

Hwy 1 Stretch To Close Sunday Due To Soberanes Fire

• Containment has advanced to 60 percent on the blaze, now at 71,860 acres.

Man Arrested In Connection With Arson At St. Rose Catholic Church

• Fires were set around the altar at the Santa Rosa church on 10th Street.

UPDATE: Clayton Fire Balloons To 1,400 Acres In 12 Hours

• Containment at 5 percent in the Lake County region.

Cold Fire Is O-V-E-R With 100% Containment!

• The Yolo County blaze near the Napa County line burned 5,700 acres and two cabins since Aug. 2. No injuries.

Geyserville Woman Arrested For Allegedly Lighting 13 Small Fires In Sonoma County

• She reportedly told deputies she was left in remote area by a boyfriend and was trying to signal for help, but, nevertheless, was arrested.

$57 Million, 70K-Acre Valley Fire Started By Faulty Hot-Tub Connection: Cal Fire

• The massive 2015 blaze in Northern California killed four individuals and injured four firefighters.
