* TIMING: THROUGH LATE MORNING. THE PERIOD OF MOST DENSE FOG WILL BE FROM AROUND SUNRISE THROUGH MID-MORNING.
* IMPACTS: VISIBILITY REDUCED TO BELOW 1/4 MILE. LOCAL AREAS OF VISIBILITY BELOW 200 FEET.
