Two Area Hotel Executives Named To Napa Film Fest Board
The Napa Valley Film Festival also appointed Netflix VP of Marketing to its Board of Directors.

The Napa Valley Film Festival (NVFF) named three new members to its Board of Directors: Stephen Bruno, Vice President of Marketing at Netflix; Michael Woods, President of Baywood Capital Corporation & owner of the Mount View Hotel & Spa; and Don Shindle, General Manager at the Westin Verasa Napa.
Bruno of Los Angeles began his career as an Assistant Account Executive at Rubenstein Associates, and quickly began climbing the professional ladder, moving on to senior marketing positions at Miramax, HBO, and The Weinstein Company, before eventually landing as Vice President of Originals Marketing at Netflix.

Woods is the founder and president of Baywood Capital Corporation and owner of the Mount View Hotel & Spa in Calistoga. Michael was one of the first Valley stakeholders to recognize the great potential of the Napa Valley Film Festival, and hosted several film-related receptions to introduce the NVFF Founders and their vision to local residents and business owners back in 2009-2010.
With more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, overseeing rooms division, food and beverage, sales, marketing and finance departments, Shindle brings a wealth of knowledge, strong leadership, and a passion for luxury hotel operations to his role as General Manager of The Westin Verasa Napa. Don has been a strong NVFF partner since the inaugural festival in 2011, and has hosted filmmakers, jurors, media and celebrities during the event.
