Renowned Chef, Geeta Bansal of Clay Oven in Irvine, believes a chef’s cuisine is reflective of the life they have lived and the story they have to tell. Gaining recognition for “Best Indian Food” at the Golden Foodie awards, Riviera magazine’s 10 top chefs and a coveted invitation to the prepare dinner at the legendary James Beard House. Chef Geeta regularly performs cooking demonstrations, but this time she’ll be hosting a cooking demo on the Culinary Main Stage at the OC Fair this Saturday, July 18.
