DINE LBC COCKTAIL CONTEST

Calling all Amateur Bartenders! Dine LBC is kicking off the holiday season with a Holiday Cocktail contest! Dine LBC invites all local amateur mixologists and home bartenders to submit an original hot or cold cocktail recipe that calls for holiday seasonal ingredients; think pumpkin, cranberry, cinnamon, etc., just to name a few!

All recipe submissions must not have been previously published.

All contest entries must be received by midnight PST on Friday, November 8, 2015.

Five finalists will be chosen to compete by creating their concoctions at a special event on Sunday, November 15, 2015 at 4pm at The Sky Room’s Cielo rooftop lounge, located atop the historic Breakers Building, where a panel of judges will determine a winner based on creativity, holiday seasonal ingredients and flavor (finalists must be present to win). The five finalists will be notified no later than Wednesday, November 11, 2015. Family and friends are invited to attend the competition and a special cocktail menu and taco menu will be available for purchase during the event.

Dine LBC will then announce the Grand Prize winner and present her/him with two JetBlue Travel Certificates valid for anywhere JetBlue flies domestically (travel must be completed by March 31, 2016. Blackout dates and JetBlue Travel Certificate Terms and Conditions may apply). The Grand Prize winner’s cocktail will also be available at The Sky Room throughout the holiday season, receiving all bragging rights!

Second Place winner will receive a $150 The Sky Room gift card.

Third Place will receive a $50 The Sky Room gift card.

How to enter: Email your original recipe to cocktailcontest@dinelbc.com with DINE LBC COCKTAIL CONTEST in the subject line. Entries MUST include your name, age, address, occupation and phone number in the email. Dine LBC welcomes all U.S. residents over the age of 21 to compete.
