Two former administrators have just filed a civil law suit against the superintendent Fred Navarro and this is in addition to the criminal suit filed by former Executive Director of Human Resources, John Caldecott.
In this video Jane Garland, who resigned her administrative position at NMUSD in protest regarding the cheating scandal at CDMHS, which she felt was mishandled and children were hurt.
I had offered to interview Jane multiple times and she always declined. However, because of John Caldecott’s revelations and subsequent criminal lawsuit against the superintendent, and Laura Boss, and Ann Huntington’s civil suit against the Fred Navarro, she felt that she wanted to tell her story.
