Join Orange County's Real Estate Leaders for a Special Luncheon and the Inside Scoop on the "Anatomy of a Deal: Pacific City"

Local professionals are invited to attend a special luncheon to hear the compelling story of the deal and design behind Pacific City, the upscale outdoor shopping center in Huntington Beach that everyone in Orange County is talking about, on Tuesday, February 23, 2016, from 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. at the Pacific Club.

Hosted by Commercial Real Estate Women, Orange County (CREW-OC), this panel discussion and networking event will feature business leaders in the architecture and retail development industries who will provide insight into the creative vision and development of Pacific City, Orange County’s new luxury lifestyle destination.

Guest speakers include Tammy McKerrow-Poulos, Senior Vice President and Senior Design Principal of JERDE, the lead architect designer of Pacific City, and Stenn G. Parton, Director of Retail Development at DJM Capital Partners.

Pacific City is an oceanfront dining, shopping, and entertainment center located in Huntington Beach along Pacific Coast Highway, encompassing 191,000 square feet of unique restaurants, shops, an Equinox Fitness facility, and upcoming luxury beach apartments.

The program begins with registration and networking among local commercial real estate leaders at 11:30 a.m., followed by the lunch and panel discussion at 12:00 p.m.

Early registration rates are available for $45 (CREW-OC members) and $70 for non-members through February 17.

Cost after February 17 is $60 for CREW-OC members and $80 for non-members.
