Mother's Day Brunch at Back Bay Bistro

BRUNCH INCLUDES:

Smoked Fish Station –

Gravlax, scallops, trout and salmon with dill mustard sauce, sliced red onions, capers, cream cheese, sliced tomatoes & toasted bagels.

Sabbath Boat Station –

Ahi Poke, shrimp cocktail, ceviche, oysters in the half shell and chilled king crab legs with cocktail sauce, lemon and Tabasco

Antipasti Display –

Prosciutto, salami, capicola, soppressata, fresh mozzarella, roasted cipollini onions, assorted mustards, marinated artichoke, olives, gherkins and cherry peppers. Balsamic grilled asparagus, zucchini, gooseneck squash & Portobello mushrooms.

Salad Bar & Fresh Fruit

Cooked-to-order Omelets –

Country ham, sausage, bacon and bay shrimp. Shredded cheddar, Swiss, and jack cheeses. Diced tomatoes, onions, mushrooms, spinach and fresh cut peppers. Pico de gallo, salsa verde & salsa rojo.

Pancake Station –

Maple syrup, whipped cream. Blueberries, chocolate chips, M&M’s, nuts and banana slices in Mickey or Minnie Mouse design.

Crepe Station –

Freshly baked sweet (Nutella, strawberries, blackberries & fresh cream) & savory (Ratatouille with goat cheese) crepes

Carving Station –

Filet of beef with green peppercorn sauce and ham with sweet pineapple relish

Hot of the Skillet –

Smoked bacon, sausage, sliced ham steak, breakfast potatoes, roasted fingerling potatoes, scrambled eggs, Blintzes, baby spring vegetables, salmon with Grand Marnier soy sauce, roasted whole chicken with natural Jus, beef sliders and tater tots for the kiddos.

Dessert Display –

Fruit tartlets, Éclairs, Tiramisu, cheese cake squares, assorted Bundtinis, chocolate fountain and marshmallows, strawberries, Oreos, vanilla wafers & crispy rice crispy treats.
