Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort to Host Bridal Fair April 3

If you’re planning a wedding anytime soon, here’s a source of inspiration…Newport Dunes Waterfront Resort & Marina will host a bridal fair on Sunday, April 3 from 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. Newport Dunes has emerged as one of Southern California’s top wedding destinations as well as a top venue for rehearsal dinners, bridal showers and vow renewal ceremonies. Among the many services and amenities are a lushly landscaped gazebo area overlooking the water, massive waterfront tent for extra large occasions, full-time staff to handle all event details, in-house catering department and a waterfront restaurant ideal for cocktail parties and multi-course dinners.

The Dunes offers a wide range of resources:

· Wedding Planner -- A personal wedding planner is available (the service is included for those opting for the Dunes’ all-inclusive wedding packages). They are trained to assist in entertainment, food, themes/props, linens, floral arrangements, guest lodging, audio-visual equipment and equipment rentals.

· Rehearsal Dinners/Parties -- Guests may reserve the Back Bay Bistro or a beachfront cabana for private rehearsal dinners or parties. Costs vary depending on food and/or alcohol selections.

· Ceremonies -- Ceremonies may be planned for parties of any size from 10 to 2,000. Those planning small-scale weddings may simply opt for the Dunes’ gazebo setting while those planning large-scale events may take advantage of the Dunes’ 14,000-square-foot waterfront tent.

· Catering – Ranges from tray-passed hors d’oeuvres and buffet packages to all-inclusive, fully catered occasions including service

· Hosted/Cash Bars -- Wedding couples may opt for either a hosted or a cash bar; full- or soft-bar packages also are available.

· Vendors -- Those planning wedding-related festivities may choose to work with their own or Dunes’ preferred vendors including ministerial, entertainment, photography, floral, bakery and transportation.

· Accommodations – On-site cottages may be reserved individually or as part of a specially coordinated wedding package.
