OCC's Popular Studio Hour Dance Concert Will Showcase Classroom Choreography

Orange Coast College's dance department will host an end-of-semester informal performance showcasing classroom material

Orange Coast College’s dance department will host an end-of-semester informal performance showcasing classroom material and works in progress from the fall semester on Wednesday, Dec. 2 at 7 p.m. in the College’s Robert B. Moore Theatre.

The two-hour program is fast-paced and has no intermission. Classroom choreography in a wide range of dance styles will be featured, including jazz, modern, ballet, tap, Middle Eastern, African, Latin, swing, hip hop and flamenco. Each performance will be approximately three to five minutes in length.

Tickets are $6 and are available online at www.occtickets.com or at the OCC Bursar’s Office at (714) 432-5880. If the event is not sold out, tickets also will be available at the door.
