The family agreed to purchase the home and closed on it in eight days with a planned transformation into a custom Cape Cod-style estate. Next door, the 3320 property was listed for sale while under construction, showcasing the same East Coast luxury.

Brandes recognized the opportunity for the growing family and, following the sale of family’s video game development business, suggested the purchase of the speculative, fully furnished home next door.
