More information about Chef Zov: Since opening her first restaurant in 1987, Zov has become one of the best-loved chefs/restaurateurs in Southern California with glowing reviews in Food and Wine, Bon Appetit and the LA Times, to name a few. In addition to her critically acclaimed flagship restaurant in Tustin, CA, she owns and operates restaurants in Newport Beach, Irvine, 2 concepts at John Wayne Airport and is set to open Zov’s Anaheim this Fall. She’s authored 2 best-selling, hard-cover cookbooks, “Simply Zov” and “Zov: Recipes and Memories From the Heart,” each of which have sold 50,000+ copies.
