Earlier:
A fire on the ninth floor of an office building in the 4600 block of Lankershim Boulevard in the North Hollywood area was extinguished by sprinklers and was out when firefighters arrived, but there was some flooding in the structure, and firefighters are working to handle the problem, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
