The serpentine laced slopes on the south side of this Novato preserve produce a splendid mix of wildflowers of all shapes, colors, and sizes. The bloom at this location is among the best wildflower displays to be found in Marin County—prepare to be overwhelmed!

Meet at the San Carlos Trailhead: from Hwy 101, take the Atherton Ave/San Marin Dr exit west on San Marin Dr and turn right at San Carlos Way. Gate is at the end of San Carlos Way.
