Free Classical Guitar Concert

On Friday evening July 20, the Novato United Methodist Church wil host a guitar concert featuring Lyle Sheffler, a "post graduate" of the San Francisco Conservatory of Music.  He wil be presenting an eclectric program of solo classical guitar music featuring the works of Sor, Dowland, Handel, Coste, Villa-Lobos, Barrios and others.  The pieces span 500 years from the English Renaissance to the 20th Century and come from all different countries across Europe and South America.  The concert is free to all.  Bring canned food for the Marin Food Bank.   Donations for the artist are optional.
