Rangers will teach the basics of freshwater fishing at Stafford Lake Park in Novato. A limited amount of fishing poles, bait, and tackle boxes will be provided first come, first- served to novice anglers, courtesy of the California Department of Fish and Game’s “Fishing in the City” program.
