San Marin High School Homecoming Starts Friday

San Marin High Schools’s Homecoming Week is in full swing as students are enthusiastically showing their school spirit dressing up behind the theme of “Music Mayhem.” Homecoming Rally took place Friday morning on campus and was to be followed by the annual senior class barbecue at lunch for all students.

Then at 6 p.m. Friday night, the Homecoming Parade will begin with the traditional route along San Carlos Way leading to the high school. The class floats and homecoming court will be on display until they enter the grounds of San Marin for the start of the Homecoming Pep Rally slated to start at 6:30 p.m.  The rally will introduce the members of the team and homecoming court. Dinner will be served by the leadership class from the .

Saturday morning, Homecoming football games vs. Marin Catholic get under way.  The freshmen kick off at 9:30 a.m., JV at 11:30 a.m. and the highly anticipated showdown between the two varsity squads kicks off at 2 p.m. For a varsity game preview, click here.

The homecoming queen will be announced at halftime of the game (approximately 3 p.m.). The fun concludes with the Homecoming dance from 8-11 p.m. in which the homecoming king will be announced.
