Zumba Dance Technique Class

Zumba techniques class will break down the moves and steps that are commonly used in the zumba dance workout.  It will also include ways to boost your zumba workout to engage more muscle groups and strength the core.

This class is held every 2-3 weeks prior to the regular Zumba class every Monday from 6:00 - 7:00 with Pam Treadway.
