Man Killed When Truck Plunges 200 Feet Down Ranch Hillside
BREAKING: The accident was on private property near Point Reyes station.

MARIN COUNTY, CA – A 24-year-old man died in a vehicle crash on a private ranch in west Marin County on Saturday evening, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The man was driving a truck on the 800-acre Gallagher Ranch at 11000 Point Reyes-Petaluma Road east of Point Reyes Station around 6:15 p.m. when he made a three-point turn on a dirt road, CHP Officer Patrick Roth said.
The back wheels of the truck went off the side of the road and the truck went 200 feet down a hillside. The driver was ejected and died when the truck rolled over him, Roth said.

His name was not immediately available from the Marin County coroner's office.
Two people in the bed of the truck and another person in the cab were injured. One suffered a broken pelvis and the two others had scrapes and bruises, Roth said.

The area is terrain accessible by four-wheel drive vehicles and the truck is still at the scene today, Roth said.
