Running concurrent with the Summer National Juried Exhibition in the Ron Collins Gallery is “Suzanne Golt and Kristin Meuser”. In recognition of their artistic achievement, Suzanne and Kristin were awarded this exhibition for winning first place in MarinMOCA’s 2015 member shows. Golt’s acrylic paintings exhibit bold, expressionistic brushwork in both her abstract and figurative content. Meuser will exhibit work from her metallic paintings and sewing on paper series. Her metallic paintings are gestural and earthy in color imbued from the metallic surfacers and mild acids she uses in her process.
