Sunrise Rotary Speaker Program - "End Homeless Through the Dignity of Work" - Tuesday, 01/10

Learn about Street Team program to "End Homelessness through the Dignity of Work", a program City of Novato adopted in 2016

You are invited to Novato Sunrise Rotary's Speaker Program on Tuesday, 01/10, at 7:15am.

Logan McDonnell, Project Manager for the Downtown Streets Team in Marin, will be talking about how to "End Homelessness through the Dignity of Work" with the primary focus of helping the homeless get their dignity back, become gainfully employed, and secure housing. Mr. McDonnell recently launched “Put Your Change to Work”, a program designed to reduce panhandling by offering alternatives for both those that give and receive on the street.”

City of Novato adopted this program last year to help homeless people off the street while beautifying the city.

Time - Meeting starts at 7:15am, speaker at 8am and meeting ends 8:30am
Fee - $12 or $16 for breakfast
