OCEANSIDE, CA — Patch reader Vladimir Medvinsky captured these stunning shots of a recent lightning storm over the Oceanside Harbor.
"I’ve always wanted to capture a thunderstorm. And tonight I saw it coming my way, so ran out to the harbor for this beautiful gift. Hope you got to enjoy the show too."
Vlad is a long-time North County local. He lives in Oceanside and for over 25 years has been running a printing & graphic design business. Notable clients include U.S. Marines, City of Encinitas, Oceanside Chamber of Commerce and many businesses and organizations of all sizes.

During the pandemic, I began to spend more time with my passion of photography. It's allowed me to spend more time outdoors, capturing the beauty of Southern California. By request from art lovers and in the hopes of replacing the business COVID took away, my photography will soon be available for purchase online.
