The man was sentenced Monday after being convicted of sexually assaulting a disabled 87-year-old Orange County woman in her bed.

ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A 37-year-old man was sentenced Monday to 25 years to life in prison for sexually assaulting a disabled 87-year-old Garden Grove woman in her bed, court records show.
Julia Ignacio Centenomiranda was convicted Oct. 13 of assault with intent to commit a sex offense in a first-degree burglary and forcible oral copulation, both felonies. Jurors also found true sentencing enhancements for inflicting great bodily injury in the commission of a sex crime.
Police were called at 1:36 a.m., June 28 2019, to a home in the 8800 block of Lampson Avenue, near Magnolia Street, in response to reports of a sexual assault in progress, authorities said.
