Cambodian Gang Leader Arrested By OC ICE Agents, Agency Says
The described serial criminal is accused of being a part of the Long Beach-based "Tiny Rascals Gang."

GARDEN GROVE, CA — An undocumented man was arrested in Orange County by Immigrations and Customs Enforcement agents this week.
U.S. Immigrations and Customs Enforcement announced the arrest on social media Tuesday.
Praney Sa Em, a described "serial criminal" and "illegal alien" from Cambodia, was arrested by ICE agents in Garden Grove, the agency said.

He is accused of being affiliated with the "Tiny Rascals Gang," a gang based in Long Beach that is known for murder, extortion, burglary, auto theft and more, the agency said.
According to ICE agents, along with being undocumented, Em's rap sheet includes convictions for hit-and-run, vehicle theft, burglary, controlled substances, and numerous firearm-related offenses.
