Man Struck By Train In OC Hospitalized With Critical Injuries
A man was in the hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a train in Anaheim, authorities said Monday.
ANAHEIM, CA — A man was in the hospital with serious injuries after he was struck by a train in Anaheim, authorities said Monday.
The train struck the man at about 11 p.m. at La Palma Avenue and Pauline Street, Anaheim police Sgt. Jon McClintock told City News Service.
A news videographer at the scene learned the train was an Amtrack that originated in San Luis Obispo and picked up passengers in Los Angeles while headed to San Diego.

There were no injuries aboard the train, McClintock said.
The crash was under investigation, he said.
