Motorcyclist Killed In 405 Freeway Crash: CHP
The crash was reported on the northbound side of the freeway traveling through Fountain Valley, the California Highway Patrol reported.
ORANGE COUNTY, CA — A motorcyclist was killed in a crash on the San Diego 405 Freeway while traveling northbound through Fountain Valley, authorities said Friday.
California Highway Patrol officers responded to a 911 call at around 11:44 p.m. Thursday on the freeway near Talbert Avenue, where they found the victim lying in the middle of the road.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Their age, name and gender was not immediately known.

The crash prompted a SigAlert that closed all lanes of the northbound portions of the freeway near Talbert for an unknown amount of time while officers investigated the crash.
