Who Are These People? What to Do About Them?

For those of you who still cling to the myth that there is such a thing as the rule of law in California, let's just put that presumption to rest with a simple test.  Of all the people in the so called "STATE OF CALIFORNIA", or "California State" if you like, whom you would expect to be the most well informed persons regarding the Constitution(s) both State and Federal?  That would or should be the so called Judges whom are entrusted to know the law and meet out justice in the name of the people of the State of California, correct? CORRECT.

So I ask you, why is it that not one of the alleged Judges of the Superior Court in any of the counties in California has a constitutionally compliant and Lawful "OATH OF OFFICE"? 

I'll tell you why, because they are all members in a gigantic conspiracy of FRAUD.  There is no other explanation. The idea that they are following any kind of constitutional law in their courts is a complete fantasy.

Same thing with the so called BAR card carrying lawyers which infest our society and run everything whether you like it, know it or not.

If you doubt this and wish to rebut my claim here, before you go running off at the mouth that I'm nuts or delusional, do yourself a favor and read ARTICLE 20 MISCELANEOUS SUBJECTS (Required Oath of Office) which provides in detail and with exact language the complete and lawful Oath of Office required of Judge in the State.  Then pick a Judge, any Judge in your county and I'll guarantee you that their Oath on file, if they have one at all, is not compliant with the State Constitution. Keeping in mind that they are required to also swear an Oath under the Federal Constitution as well...

Or, if you happen to know a Lawyer, ask them to show you their license to practice law in the State.  The Constitiution of California leaves nothing to the imagination on this subject as well.  The BAR card is not a license to practice law.  PERIOD. It is a requirement that they have one, however the license itself must be subscribed with their oath upon the back of the license, and said license is issued by the Clerk of the Supreme Court and not one lawyer I have ever asked has been able to produce one.  

I dare anyone to post one scan of a lawfully issued License  instrument in rebuttle to my claim, and the same thing goes for a lawful Judges Oath of Office.  I personally have never seen one of these mythical "licenses" or Oaths. Why.

BECAUSE THEY DO NOT FOLLOW THE CONSTITUTION! and BECAUSE WE ARE ALL BEING DEFRAUDED. The evidence is clear and unrebuttable.

So again I ask, Who Are These People?  What are we going to do about them?

Oh and don't forget about the required Bond which goes hand in hand. Have never seen one of those either and it's not for lack of trying.  All of this is a matter of public record and we are entitled to be provided copies upon demand at a reasonable cost.
