Have You Seen 'Andy,' Pacifica? Lost Dog Alert

PACIFICA, CA- A Pacifica resident is hoping the community can help find his lost Giant Schnauzer mix, who went missing this week in town.

Merrick Wolfe says 'Andy' ran off Tuesday while they were on the bike path near Linda Mar Rehabilitation Center, on Old San Pedro Road, at around 11:30 a.m.

Wolfe writes in a 'lost dog' poster:

"Older-looking" 2yo, shaggy, 67lbs., neutered, microchipped, all vaccinations up to date, new dog to the area. Wearing bright red collar with reflective silver paw prints. If you see him, please do not approach as it will make him run further away. Instead, please call the number below to inform about the sighting.

According to Wolfe, his dog's GPS tracker had him going back and forth between the bike trail and nearby hills. However, that GPS unit is no longer sending a signal.
