Pacifica Fire Ruled Arson, Teen Is Primary Suspect

Police have arrested a 15-year-old girl in connection with a Tuesday brush fire in Pacifica.

Police said the juvenile girl, who has not been identified because of her age, was arrested on suspicion of arson in connection with a brush fire that broke out near residential structures in the 1200 block of Terra Nova Boulevard.

North County Fire Authority firefighters responded to the fire at 2:56 p.m.

Police said the teen was seen running from the area of the fire, and the preliminary investigation into the fire revealed she intentionally set it.
