• SF Woman Arrested for DUI, Kidnapping After Fleeing Police With Passenger Inside Car (sfist.com) — A police pursuit that began in Half Moon Bay ended in a Pacifica cul-de-sac, where deputies stopped a driver now facing DUI and kidnapping-related charges. Prosecutors say the passenger reported being unable to exit the locked car. The suspect has pleaded not guilty and was released pending further court proceedings.
