Three Pacifica Businesses Caught Selling Alcohol to Minor in Police Sting
The sting operation was held this weekend, according to police.

Three businesses in Pacifica were issued misdemeanor citations for selling alcohol to a person under the age of 21 as part of a police sting operation on Saturday.
An underage decoy attempted to buy alcohol from 15 retailers as part of the operation and was successful at three, Pacifica police said.

In an underage alcohol sting, the decoy is instructed to be truthful about his or her age and present an ID upon request, according to police.
The sting was conducted by the Pacifica Police Department in partnership with the COAST <21 Task Force, police said.
