2 Injured Victims Trapped In Palm Drive Crash: Cal Fire

DESERT HOT SPRINGS, CA — Two people were injured, one severely, in a Desert Hot Springs crash Wednesday morning, according to the Cal Fire/Riverside County Fire Department.

Shortly after 10:15 a.m., two cars collided at Palm Drive and 20th Avenue.

"Firefighters arrived at the scene and quickly extricated two patients who were trapped inside one of the vehicles," a spokesperson for the department said. "Both patients, one in serious condition and one in moderate condition," were taken by ambulance to a nearby hospital.
