The Desert Sands Teachers Association is endorsing one candidate, Wendy Jonathan for the open seats.
"We are proud to be able to support a candidate like Wendy Jonathan," said Julia Alberg, Chair of the Political Action Committee of the DSTA. "[We] are recommending that voters cast their vote only for her for Desert Sands School Board, rather than selecting three candidates."
A previous version of this story said the DSTA had not endorsed any candidates, when in fact, the endorsement of Jonathan had been made in June. We apologise for the error.
