It's Parade Season in Palm Springs!
Different parades will take place throughout October and November leading up to the Parade of Lights on Dec. 1.

From The City of Palm Springs: It’s parade season in Palm Springs! So mark your calendars for these fun and FREE special events highlighting the Palm Springs High School football team, the City’s diverse LGBTQ community, a powerful and poignant tribute to our veterans – and the ringing in of the holiday season with the spectacular 26th Annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade.
Here is a list of the City’s much loved parades coming up this fall in Palm Springs: Palm Springs High School Homecoming Parade, Wednesday, Oct. 24, 3:30 p.m. Parade runs along Palm Canyon Drive in downtown. Go Big Red! Greater Palm Springs Pride Parade, Sunday, Nov. 4, 10 a.m. along Palm Canyon Drive. For more information, visit www.pspride.org. The 22nd Annual City of Palm Springs Veterans Day Parade, Sunday, Nov. 11, 3:30 p.m. Parade runs along Palm Canyon Drive. This year’s theme is “Honoring All Who Serve.” A patriotic concert and fireworks finale at Palm Canyon Drive and Amado Road will immediately follow the parade.
The 26th Annual Palm Springs Festival of Lights Parade, Saturday, Dec. 1. Start time is 5:45 p.m. along Palm Canyon Drive. The City’s signature holiday event features magnificent marching bands, a plethora of twinkling floats and Santa Claus on the magical Jackie Lee Houston Santa Express. The parade will once again be broadcast live on NBC Palm Springs. For more information, visit www.psfestivaloflights.com.
